Are there any additional charges for initial clean-ups?If your garden hasn’t been cleaned in a while, don’t worry—our initial fee covers up to 30 minutes of work. For gardens requiring more time, we charge £15 for every additional 15 minutes.

Do you offer discounts?Yes, we offer discounts for long-term bookings. If you're thinking about booking for an extended period, let us know, and we’ll work out something special for you. Plus, our launch offer gives you two months for the price of one!

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the service?If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue—it’s important to us that you’re happy.

Do you sanitize or deodorize the area?We include a light deodorizing service with each visit. A more thorough deodorization service requiring access to an outdoor tap will be available soon.

Are your services pet-friendly?Absolutely! We love animals, which is why we do this. All products we use are safe for your pets, and we’re careful to create a stress-free environment during every visit.

Do you clean communal areas or public spaces?Yes, we’re happy to clean communal areas, residential estates, or parks. Please get in touch for a personalized quote.

How does your service work?We visit your garden based on the plan you choose—whether it’s a one-time clean-up or a subscription service. Our team collects, bags, and disposes of the waste responsibly, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

How much does the service cost?Prices vary depending on your plan, but we currently have an amazing launch offer: twice-weekly visits are just £5 per visit (normally £10), and weekly visits are half-price at just £7.50. This is the perfect time to start!

What areas do you service?We currently work in Newport, Cwmbran, Pontypool, and the surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether we cover your location, feel free to get in touch.

Is there a minimum contract length for subscriptions?Nope! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.

Are you insured and DBS checked?Yes, we are fully insured and DBS-checked, so you can have total confidence in our team.

How do you handle waste disposal?We double-bag the waste and place it in your wheely bin. If that’s not possible, we’ll leave it neatly near your house for disposal. We’re exploring more options for disposal in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept payments through Stripe, a secure online payment system, making it easy and safe to manage your subscription or one-off service.

What is a pooper scooper service?A pooper scooper service is all about making life easier for dog owners. We take care of the messy job of picking up dog waste in your garden, leaving it clean, fresh, and ready for you and your dog to enjoy.

How do I schedule or cancel an appointment?For one-time services, you can book directly through our website or the link provided in your confirmation email. Subscriptions are automatically added to our weekly schedule after the first visit, so it’s all set up for you.

How do you ensure the cleanliness of your equipment?We sanitize all tools thoroughly between visits to prevent spreading bacteria. We also wear fresh shoe covers for every garden and clean ones if we need to pass through your house.

Do you work in all weather conditions?Rain or shine, we’re here to help. Unless the weather makes it unsafe, we’ll be out there keeping your garden clean.

What happens if my dog has health issues?No problem—just let us know if there’s anything we should be aware of, and we’ll ensure a safe and effective service.

Do I need to be home during the service?No, you don’t need to be home, but we do require access to your garden. Please make sure gates are unlocked or let us know how to get in. For safety, your dog must be indoors during the visit.
